KHMART protects every order with a held-payment system so buyers can shop with confidence.
How payment protection works
- You pay KHMART directly through the marketplace, not the seller.
- KHMART holds the payment until the product is delivered to you and the complaint window has passed.
- The seller is paid only after the order is completed and the payout hold is finished.
KHMART runs marketplace settlement, not financial institution services. The held-payment system is used to keep transactions safe between buyer and seller.
Complaint window
- The complaint window is 72 hours after the order is delivered.
- If you do not report any issue within the complaint window, the order is automatically marked as completed.
- If you open a dispute during the complaint window, the seller payout is held until the dispute is resolved.
Please check your product immediately after delivery. If there is any issue, report it within the complaint window.
What you can do as a buyer
- Place orders and pay through KHMART.
- Track your order status from start to finish.
- Confirm receipt once the product arrives.
- Open a dispute during the complaint window if anything is wrong.
- Track refund status if a dispute is resolved in your favour.
If you transact outside KHMART
If you choose to pay the seller outside the marketplace - for example by direct bank transfer or another app - KHMART cannot hold the payment for you and is not responsible for fraud, undelivered items, or disputes from off-platform transactions.
