How do I buy something on KHMART?

Browse products, click "Buy Now", fill in your delivery details, and pay via ABA Bank transfer. Your payment is held securely until delivery.

Is it safe to buy on KHMART?

Yes! We use an escrow system — your money is held by KHMART until you receive your item. If there's a problem, you can raise a dispute.

How do I pay?

Currently we accept ABA Bank transfer. After placing an order, you'll see a QR code and account details to make the payment.

When will I receive my item?

Sellers must ship within 3 days. Delivery time varies by location, typically 1-7 days within Cambodia.

What if my item doesn't arrive?

Contact the seller through chat. If unresolved, raise a dispute and KHMART will investigate and process a refund if appropriate.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact the seller through chat to request cancellation. If the seller hasn't shipped yet, cancellation is usually possible.

What commission does KHMART charge?

New sellers enjoy 0% commission for the first 3 months. After that, an 8% commission applies per sale. No product upload fees, no annual shop fees.

When do I get paid?

Funds become available for withdrawal 7 days after you ship the item (and no dispute is raised). You can then request a withdrawal to your ABA account.

What happens if I don't ship on time?

Orders are automatically cancelled if not shipped within 3 days. The buyer is refunded and you'll receive a notification.

What can I sell?

Almost anything legal! Electronics, fashion, home goods, food, and more. Check our Terms & Conditions for prohibited items.

Do I need to handle SEO?

No! KHMART automatically optimizes your product pages for search engines. Just fill in your product title and description, and we handle the rest.
