Seller Policy

Listing rules

1. Sellers can list products on KHMART for free.
2. There are no listing fees.
3. KHMART only takes commission when an order is successfully completed.
4. KHMART commission is 10% of the product price. The delivery fee is not included in the commission.
5. Sellers must provide accurate product information: name, price, stock, photos, description, condition, location, and shipping information.
6. Sellers must keep stock up to date.
7. Fake photos, misleading descriptions, wrong prices, or sending a different product than listed are not allowed.
8. Sellers must ship within 48 hours after the buyer's payment is verified.
9. Sellers must upload shipping proof, tracking number, or proof of handover.
10. Sellers must not ask buyers to complete the transaction outside KHMART after an order is created.
11. Violations may result in warnings, products being taken down, payout being held, suspension, or account ban.

Commission and payout

• KHMART commission: 10% of the product price on successful orders only.
• Delivery fee is handled separately based on the delivery method and is not part of the commission.
• Seller payout is released 7 days after the order is completed without complaint.

Shipping rules

• Ship within 48 hours after payment is verified.
• Upload shipping proof, tracking number, photo of the package, or proof of handover.
• If the seller cannot provide valid shipping evidence, the seller can lose a dispute.
• Sellers who frequently delay shipping may receive penalties, suspension, or lose trusted seller status.
• If the seller does not ship within the required time, KHMART may cancel the order and refund the buyer.

Prohibited products

Sellers are responsible for following the Prohibited Products list. Listing prohibited products will result in product removal and may lead to seller suspension.
