Delivery Information

How Delivery Works

Delivery is handled directly by each seller. When you place an order, the seller is responsible for shipping the item to your provided address.

Shipping Timeline

  • Processing: Sellers must ship items within 3 days of payment confirmation.
  • Automatic Cancellation: If a seller fails to ship within 3 days, the order is automatically cancelled and your payment will be refunded within 24-48 hours.
  • Delivery Time: Varies by seller and location. Typically 1-7 days within Cambodia.

Tracking Your Order

Once the seller ships your item, you will receive a notification with tracking information (if available). You can view your order status and shipping details on the My Orders page.

KHMART sellers primarily deliver within Cambodia. Delivery availability depends on the individual seller. Check the product page or contact the seller for specific delivery areas.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery:

  • Contact the seller directly through KHMART chat
  • If unresolved, raise a dispute through your order page
  • KHMART will review and mediate the issue
