Buyer Protection

KHMART's escrow system protects your purchase. Your payment is held securely until you receive your item.

When You Can Get a Refund

  • Seller didn't ship: If the seller doesn't ship within 3 days, your order is automatically cancelled and refunded within 24-48 hours.
  • Item not received: If your item doesn't arrive, raise a dispute and KHMART will investigate.
  • Item significantly not as described: If the item you receive is very different from the listing, raise a dispute with photo evidence.

How to Raise a Dispute

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Find the order in question
  3. Contact the seller through chat first to try to resolve the issue
  4. If unresolved, contact KHMART support via Telegram

Refund Timeline

  • Auto-cancelled orders: Refund within 24-48 hours
  • Disputes: KHMART will review within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase (unless seller agrees)
  • Minor differences from listing photos
  • Transactions made outside KHMART
  • Items damaged after delivery due to buyer handling
