Dispute & Refund Policy
If something goes wrong with your order, KHMART has a clear process to resolve it.
Types of dispute
- Seller did not ship the item.
- Item not received by the buyer.
- Item arrived damaged.
- Item does not match the photos or description.
- Wrong variant, size, colour, or quantity.
- Buyer wants to cancel before the seller ships.
- Fraudulent or false buyer claim (handled separately).
How disputes work
- The buyer must open the dispute during the complaint window (72 hours after delivery).
- The buyer must upload photos or videos as evidence for damage, wrong item, or not-as-described claims.
- The seller must provide shipping proof, tracking information, packing photos, or other evidence.
- KHMART admin reviews the dispute.
- While the dispute is active, the seller payout is held.
- The dispute may be resolved as: full refund, partial refund, replacement, buyer claim rejected, seller wins, or seller penalty.
- If the seller is at fault, the seller is responsible for the refund or return as decided by admin.
- If the buyer files a false claim, the buyer may receive a warning or be banned.
