Payout Policy

Commission

• KHMART commission is 10% of the product price.
• Commission is taken only when an order is successful.
• Delivery fee is not included in the commission calculation.

Successful order

1. Buyer has paid.
2. Seller has shipped the item.
3. Buyer has received the item.
4. The complaint window of 72 hours has passed.
5. No active dispute.
6. Order status is completed.

Payout schedule

• Default payout hold: 7 days after the order is completed.
• If a dispute is opened, payout is held until the dispute is resolved.
• If the seller wins the dispute, payout is released as scheduled.
• If the buyer wins the dispute, payout is cancelled or reduced.
• Payouts are processed manually by KHMART admin while automatic gateway payout is being prepared.

Cancellations and refunds

• If the order is cancelled before completion, the seller does not receive payout and KHMART does not take normal commission.
• If the order is fully refunded due to seller fault, the seller does not receive payout.
• If the order is partially refunded, commission and payout are recalculated based on the final transaction value.

Example calculation

Seller Payout = Product Price − KHMART Commission − Refund Adjustment − Seller Penalty

KHMART Commission = Product Price × 10%

Payout statuses

• not_eligible - order has not reached payout stage.
• pending_completion - waiting for delivery and complaint window to finish.
• pending_payout - within the 7-day hold period.
• on_hold_dispute - payout paused while a dispute is active.
• ready_for_payout - payout cleared, ready for KHMART to process.
• paid - payout has been sent to the seller.
• cancelled - payout cancelled (cancelled order or buyer-favoured dispute).
• adjusted - payout recalculated due to refund adjustment or penalty.
