Terms & Conditions

1. General

By accessing and using KHMART (khmart.one), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Each person may only maintain one account.
  • KHMART reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Buying on KHMART

  • All purchases must be made through the KHMART platform.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payment is made to KHMART's escrow account, not directly to sellers.
  • KHMART is not responsible for transactions made outside our platform.

4. Selling on KHMART

  • Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Sellers are responsible for shipping products within 3 days of order confirmation.
  • Orders not shipped within 3 days will be automatically cancelled.
  • All transactions must be conducted through KHMART. Directing buyers to pay outside the platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
  • New sellers enjoy 0% commission for the first 3 months. After that, an 8% commission applies.

5. Escrow & Payments

  • Buyer payments are held in escrow by KHMART.
  • Funds are released to the seller 7 days after the item is marked as shipped, provided no dispute is raised.
  • Sellers can request withdrawal of available funds to their registered ABA account.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being listed on KHMART:

  • Illegal drugs and substances
  • Weapons and explosives
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Adult content
  • Any items prohibited by Cambodian law

7. Disputes

If a buyer has an issue with an order, they may raise a dispute within 7 days of shipment. KHMART will review the dispute and make a final decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

KHMART acts as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers. Transactions conducted outside KHMART are entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

KHMART reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
