Prohibited Products
To keep KHMART safe for buyers and sellers, the following products are not allowed.
Not allowed on KHMART
- Counterfeit or fake branded products and replicas that infringe trademark rights.
- Medicines, medical supplements, risky health products, or products that require special licenses.
- Weapons, dangerous knives, explosives, or other hazardous materials.
- Products that are illegal under Cambodian law.
- Adult or sexual products.
- Live animals.
- Property, land, vehicles, or other large assets (during the early phase of KHMART).
- Expensive electronics that require complex warranties (during the early phase).
- Expensive used items without inspection.
- Wet or perishable food (until the delivery system supports it).
- Custom items that are difficult to refund, unless special rules apply.
- Products with false claims, misleading photos, or descriptions that do not match the item.
- Any product that violates KHMART policy or the law.
Allowed categories at launch
- Beauty & Personal Care (non-medical)
- Home & Kitchen
- Fashion Accessories
- Gadget Accessories
- Baby Accessories (non-medical)
- Household Tools
- Viral or trending products
Enforcement
If a prohibited product is listed, KHMART may remove it, hold seller payouts, or suspend the seller account. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.
